Key Responsibilities: Achieve and exceed sales targets in value, volume, and gross margin Proactively develop new accounts—confidently picking up the phone and opening conversations Manage and strengthen existing client relationships to drive repeat business Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other channels Provide accurate, competitive quotations using company pricing tools and CRM Maintain sharp, efficient, and compliant sales processes Support stock purchasing to meet demand while controlling costs Produce clear, concise monthly sales reports for management About You: Proven experience in internal sales, telesales, or business development Confident on the phone, resilient, and driven to convert opportunities Strong relationship-building skills—you know how to keep customers engaged and satisfied Experience selling products preferred; solution sales also considered Self-motivated, organised, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable with CRM systems and sales reporting tools Who We Are: We’re a long-established distribution leader, known for our high-quality products and exceptional service standards.
