An international jewellery manufacturer, diamond and gemstone merchant and wholesaler due to expansion is now looking for a bright and motivated individual to join their small team as a Jewellery Administrator.
An interesting and varied role, the work would support the business as they scour world markets for their selection of stock and for clients individual requirements. With their HQ in the UK they have offices and manufacturing bases in London, Birmingham, Hong Kong, Jaipur and Mumbai.
What youll be doing
1. Basic every day admin
2. Recording post received and processing outgoing post daily
3. Responding to customer emails, taking phone calls & messages
4. Managing stock and customer orders placed and liaising with suppliers and workshops
5. Organising and labelling incoming stock
6. Data input on computerised stock control system
About you
As an ideal candidate you would have the following:
7. IT and Microsoft 365 skills are required
8. Excellent communication skills
9. Fluent in English both speaking and writing
10. Competent computer skills, especially Excel
11. Jewellery background
12. Attention to detail
13. Ability to work under pressure

Greater Manchester
Hours
Part time role - office hours are 9.am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
Contract
Permanent, part time.
Salary
Salary is no bar for right candidate.
