Part-Time Customer Service Advisor – Normanton
People Solutions are currently recruiting two Part-Time Customer Service Advisors to join our long-standing client based in Normanton.

Rates of Pay
• £12.86 per hour
Shifts
• Monday to Wednesday: 09:00 – 14:30
• Thursday & Friday: 09:00 – 14:00

Day-to-Day Duties
• Handling customer and client queries via phone and email
• Investigating and resolving customer service issues, such as:
– Order confirmations
– Delivery ETAs and late deliveries
– Collections, cancellations, and order amendments
– Back orders and delivery discrepancies
• Liaising with transport teams and suppliers to resolve issues and identify preventative actions
• Recording and processing collections, incidents, and customer updates in line with company procedures
• Ensuring all communication is accurate, professional, and in line with service level agreements (SLAs)
Essential Skills
• Previous customer service experience (office or call-centre based)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise
• Capable of working to strict SLAs and deadlines
• Confident using computers and standard office software
Desirable Skills
• Immediate availability
• Previous experience in a logistics or transport support environment
Training Provided
• Full on-site training provided with ongoing support throughout your assignment
