The Role
You will lead client relationships with our venue partner, supporting all events across five venues in London. Work with our partner and the end clients, to manage enquiries, provide quotes, specify jobs and allocate resources to ensure seamless delivery of AV services.
**Previous experience in the AV industry is required for this role**
* Manage the client relationships for all events delivered at the five venues
* Take inquiries for events, understand client requirements and adapt our offering to suit their needs
* Work with our venue partner, and with the end client holding the event
* Produce and send quotes to clients
* Work with operations to pass the event delivery over to our AV team
* Build relationships with prospective clients, existing clients and industry professionals, representing and raising awareness of the brand
* Clearly articulate value proposition to business decision-makers
* Develop and maintain a sales pipeline in Hubspot CRM to maximise client acquisition
Additional Responsibilities
* Support the sales cycle on other work from initial outreach through to closing deals and working closely with the marketing & production teams
* Manage inbound leads of various complexity from the website
* Build relationships with venues and industry professionals when possible
Skills and Experience
* 2+ years of client management experience in an AV events business
* Understanding of AV and video requirements for events
* Sales/Business Development/Account Management experience
* Able to travel to visit clients if required (all in London)
* A relationship builder - able to easily communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders
* A strong work ethic, self-motivation and dynamism are key
* Strong attention to detail to understand client demands
The Offer
* £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
* Bonus: Up to 10% of salary
* Full-time Monday-Friday; 9AM-17:30PM
