Job Description
Commercial Manager duties include:
3. Act as a Business Partner to the various Operational teams.
4. Conduct detailed analysis and produce insights to support the growth of the business through commercially and operationally sound decision-making.
5. Review daily and weekly operational performance to highlight risks and opportunities to the business.
6. Establish KPIs to measure business pipeline health and use these to drive improvement across the wider business.
7. Understand the key drivers of customer connections and drive improvement in the connection rate.
8. Lead commercial projects, including the development and build of a cost to serve model.
9. Ownership of data integrity and improvement.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will:
10. Have a proven track record in a similar commercially focused role.
11. Be part qualified, qualified or QBE.
12. Have strong analytical and numerical skills.
13. Be proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel (Power Query / PowerBI experience would be beneficial).
14. Have previous supervisory experience.
15. Be able to present data to colleagues at all levels of the business.
16. Be an excellent written and verbal communicator.
