We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic professional to join the Estates, Facilities & Capital Planning Directorate reporting directly to the Head of Facilities for NHS Highland.
You must have excellent communication skills with a high level of professionalism with the ability to ensure Facilities Policies and Procedures are being followed. You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
You will provide support for the following departments: - Catering, Portering, Security, Domestic and Laundry, supporting the provision of quality patient care across the New Craig’s site. You will support the operational, strategic, quality and professional development of all the functions. The postholder must have a professional qualification related to a Facilities function. Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate. Health & Safety Certificate or equivalent experience. Evidence of CPD and minimum of 3 years similar experience in a Hospital setting or similar complex organisation.. You must also be computer literate with a good working knowledge and experience of using Microsoft packages and Teams.
