What you’ll do * We provide 24-hour support to our customers. * Working closely with the care team to follow support plans and reporting any concerns. * Supporting our customers with everyday daily living activities * You’ll have plenty of time for cuppas, chats and catch ups, there’s no rushing from one customer to the next here! You have * A level 2 or above, or equivalent in social care or being willing to work towards this * If you’ve worked in a CQC care setting previously, that would be great! * Have a positive, caring can-do attitude, and empathy to really make a difference to our customers lives. * Previous experience of working with support plans, recording and using information concisely and effectively. * Knowledge of local community and networks would be brilliant.
