ROLE: Asbestos Consultant
HOURS: 8-5, M-F
LOCATION: Yeovil

We're looking for an Asbestos Consultant who will carry out a wide range of asbestos surveying and analytical duties across domestic, commercial and industrial properties.
Role Responsibilities
Conduct asbestos sampling, reinspections, Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys on a wide range of domestic, commercial and industrial properties in accordance with HSG264 and company procedures.
Collect site data, transport asbestos samples to UKAS‑accredited laboratories approved by the company, and complete asbestos survey reports and drawings using company software.
Conduct air monitoring and 4‑stage clearance procedures in line with HSG248 and our UKAS‑accredited procedures.
Build and maintain client relationships, providing specialist advice and technical support when required.
Liaise with the Asbestos Surveying Quality team, Contracts, Projects Managers and Supervisor as necessary.
Liaise with clients where required.
Set a personal example and promote the company in a professional manner at all times.
Required Qualifications
Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.
BOHS P402 qualified (or equivalent).
BOHS P403/P404 qualified (or equivalent).
Strong knowledge of asbestos surveying across domestic, commercial and/or industrial sectors.
In‑depth knowledge of HSG264 and HSG248.
Strong knowledge of site analytical and removal practices.
Familiarity with TEAMS useful but not essential.
Full UK driving licence.
