The Project Manager’s role
The Project Manager will play a vital role in managing and delivering complex projects, ensuring high standards of service and client satisfaction. Responsibilities will include:
* Acting as Contract Administrator, Employer’s Agent or Project Manager on a range of schemes
* Supporting senior leadership in meeting business targets
* Leading client meetings, preparing reports, and delivering presentations
* Identifying and pursuing business development opportunities
* Managing financial performance and risk
* Advising on project matters that may affect professional indemnity insurance
This position suits a driven Project Manager with strong leadership capabilities and a passion for delivering excellence across a variety of prestigious projects.
The Project Manager
To be successful as a Project Manager, you should have:
* Proven project management experience within the construction and property sector
* Strong contract administration skills (JCT, NEC etc.)
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Analytical thinking and confident decision-making
* High proficiency in MS Office
* Commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
Ideally qualifications include one of the following:
* MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors)
* MAPM (Member of the Association for Project Management)
* MCIOB (Member of the Chartered Institute of Building)
