This is an exciting new opportunity for a FM Helpdesk & Estates Coordinator to join a busy, fast-paced reactive department. Working within the Estates Services Team, you will liaise and coordinate with two Contractor Compliance Coordinators to plan, prioritize, and assign jobs, as well as take minutes at contractor review meetings.
Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
1. Supporting the contractor onboarding process, producing ID badges, and requesting access authorization from our security team.
2. Raising reactive tickets and jobs based on emails, telephone calls, and other contacts with customers, as well as raising purchase orders as required.
3. Allocating jobs to resources that support the in-house maintenance team with their daily operations, ensuring jobs are completed within the expected time frame, and supporting them with their workload.

Requirements include:
* Experience using Microsoft Office programs at a high level.
* Previous experience in successfully completing administrative tasks such as data input and collation.
* High standards and experience providing strong customer care.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong oral and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
* Previous experience handling complex queries.
