We are a growing construction company based in Kings Hill and are looking for a BREEAM Manager to join our team you will be responsible for ensuring BREEAM New Construction certification as required on each project.
As BREEAM Manager you will act as the Advisory Professional across projects to ensure alignment between Magrock, Client, Consultants, and Specialist Subcontractor work packages in relation to the required environmental and sustainability standards, while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality, sustainable industrial buildings. Responsibilities will also include the Low and Zero Carbon assessments across projects to ensure evidence can be submitted to the BRE to support the BREEAM certification, such as SBEM calculations, LCC and LCA assessments, thermal modelling, and Part L calculations.
