We're looking to hire a Customer Care Maintenance Operative for our housing client, to be based in the East Midlands.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, aiming for first-point resolution for all customer inquiries.
- Conduct multi-trade remedial work to meet quality standards.
- Obtain customer/client sign-off to confirm completion of work to the required standards.
- Efficiently plan and assign tasks to meet customer needs while optimizing time and resources.
- Perform responsive remedial repairs based on instructions, including drawings and sketches.
- Safeguard work areas to prevent damage during remedial activities.
- Identify and report any issues or risks promptly.
- Maintain company vehicle and assigned equipment in good condition.
- Regularly inspect vehicles and equipment.
The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of construction with essential skills in carpentry, patch plastering, silicone application, and decorating.
You will have proven experience of working in a similar role for a minimum of 4 years
