Are you a hands-on Technical Training Specialist from a solar, energy storage or renewables background with sales experience who thrives in fast-moving environments?

This company is an exciting clean-tech start-up looking to make a real impact in the renewable energy sector and transform how homes store and use power. They design and supply advanced sodium-ion home battery systems that integrate with solar PV, supporting installers and partners across the UK's growing energy storage market.
In this varied role, you'll combine technical expertise, sales ability and a passion for renewables to help grow the company. You'll build strong relationships with solar installers and energy partners, deliver engaging product demonstrations and training, and provide on-site or remote support to ensure smooth installations and happy customers.
This role would suit a driven Technical Sales professional from a solar, renewables or battery storage background looking to join an ambitious, fast-growing start-up.
The Role:
Build and maintain strong relationships with solar installers, distributors and energy partners across the UK
Deliver engaging product demonstrations and technical training both online and in person
Provide hands-on support during installations and commissioning to ensure seamless delivery
Act as the go-to technical expert, offering advice and troubleshooting support for customers and partners
Feed back insights from the field to help shape future product improvements and sales strategy
Travel nationwide with occasional visits to the Cambridge HQ
The Person:
Background in solar, renewables or battery storage with strong technical understanding
Proven experience in sales or business development
Excellent communicator, proactive, and happy to travel across the UK
