Who are we?
Choice Care is one of the UK’s leading residential care providers for people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health conditions. With over 30 years’ experience and among the highest CQC ratings, we are at the forefront of national best practice.
Our homes are more than a place to live; they’re a second family. Each home is a close‑knit community, built on trust and unconditional care. Our colleagues create enduring, positive relationships that build confidence and self‑esteem.
In every Choice Care home there is a strong emphasis on living life to the fullest with purposeful daily activities based on individual preferences. Regular social events, projects, outings and holiday breaks involve everyone.
Where will you work?
We provide flexible, individually‑tailored supported living services for people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, and associated complex needs. Our support packages range from a few hours a day to full‑time, 24‑7 specialist care.
We work closely with local authority commissioners, care professionals and accommodation providers to support people’s tenancy and independence.
Just as in our residential homes, our supported living services are highly personalised and structured around the needs, capabilities and preferences of the people we support.
