A growing global multi-award winning digital marketing agency is seeking an experienced Social and Content Manager to lead and elevate its social and content output across a diverse client portfolio.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both creative direction and hands-on production, and enjoys developing talent while shaping standout content that delivers real impact.
Role Overview
As Social and Content Manager, you will lead the agency’s social output end to end. You will shape strategy, oversee delivery and performance across a varied client portfolio, and act as the senior social lead for key accounts. This includes leading strategic conversations, turning results into clear insight, and ensuring the work is consistently high quality.
Alongside this, you will guide the creative direction of the agency’s content, support day-to-day production, and remain actively involved in creating content.
You will play a key role in developing the team, improving processes, and contributing to a strong, ambitious creative culture.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support and evolve the agency’s overall content direction, maintaining a high creative standard across all platforms and client work
2. Oversee daily content output, ensuring all deliverables meet platform, brand, and strategic expectations
3. Lead ideation and concept development, reviewing and refining content ideas to ensure alignment with client goals
4. Remain hands-on with content production, including filming, editing, and executing social trends where needed
5. Attend and lead key client shoots, ensuring strong creative execution and production quality
6. Support and develop junior team members through guidance on shoot planning, execution, and content refinement
7. Contribute to the growth and structure of the social team as the agency scales
8. Mentor and support social media executives, content creators and interns, fostering a positive and collaborative environment
9. Allocate work effectively based on individual strengths and platform specialisms
10. Contribute to client meetings, supporting on creative direction, performance insights, and recommendations
11. Ensure smooth delivery of content plans, managing timelines, scheduling, and priorities effectively
12. Support the development and improvement of content production systems, workflows, and tools
13. Track and analyse content performance, identifying opportunities to improve output and strategy
14. Support continuous improvement of processes to ensure efficiency and scalability
What We’re Looking For
15. Experience successfully leading a team
16. Strong experience in content creation, particularly video production and editing (CapCut)
17. Experienced with campaign analytics and reporting
18. Strong understanding of platform-specific content, trends, and audience behaviours across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
19. Good strategic thinking with the ability to interpret performance data and contribute ideas
20. Confident communicator with some experience in client-facing environments
21. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
