Head Veterinary Surgeon (Head Vet) – Norwich Norwich, Norfolk (On-site) Permanent, Full-Time Salary: Up to £70,000 DOE Overview An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head Veterinary Surgeon to join a friendly, dedicated, and close-knit first opinion veterinary practice in Norwich. This role is ideal for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon with a passion for leadership, mentorship, and clinical governance, or for someone looking to take the next step into a Head Vet / Clinical Lead position. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving clinical standards, supporting team development, and improving practice performance, while delivering exceptional patient and client care. About the Practice The practice is located in the heart of the Norfolk Broads, offering easy access to both the coast and Norwich city centre. Facilities include: Four modern consult rooms Advanced diagnostic and surgical equipment Laparoscopy Endoscopy Dental X-ray Comprehensive in-house laboratory analysers The successful candidate will be supported by an experienced Senior Practice Director, Head Nurse, and a highly skilled veterinary team.
