The successful person will have an understanding of the effects of domestic abuse on women, young people and children and be committed to working in a non-discriminatory manner. You will be self motivated, flexible and able to work under pressure. You must be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team. The ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information is essential as is experience of working with women, young people and children in a support setting. You will be required to work flexibly, this post is for evening and weekend working on a rota basis. A full driving licence and use of a car is essential.
