The Role:
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with accounts up for renewals + with more growth prospects.
* Building meaningful and consultative relationships with clients, understanding pain points and sharing feedback with wider team.
* Utilising data in order to share informative insights.
About You:
* Previous experience in Account Management/Customer success/Sales within the ICT/Cloud/SaaS/Software industry.
* Proven track record of exceeding targets and KPIs.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions effectively.
* Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

* Basic salary up to £45,000 + up to £25,000 Bonus
