With a strong reputation in equipment moves, installations, export packing, and compliance testing, our client is expanding its operations and looking for experienced Export Packers & Case Makers to join their expert team.
The Role
As an Export Packer & Case Maker, you will play a critical role in manufacturing bespoke cases and packaging high-value goods to withstand global shipment, storage, and handling conditions. You'll ensure each item is packed precisely to customer, industry, and internal specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Manufacture custom cases with correct bracing, foam lining, foil bagging, and protective wrapping
Secure goods to bases using appropriate locking and mounting methods
Clearly label cases with weight, handling instructions, and temperature requirements
Ensure packing complies with airline security, safety, and export regulations
Operate saws, nail guns, and strapping tools safely and competently
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the packing area
Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and quality standards
Participate in equipment moves when required
What We're Looking For
Experience & Training:
Ideally, proven background in export packing & case-making
Comfortable handling sensitive or heavy equipment
Able to obtain certifications in:
Safe use of saws and nail guns
B1 & B2 counterbalance forklifts (up to 15t)
Air Cargo Security (minimum COS level)

High attention to detail and craftsmanship
Self-starter with good decision-making ability
Strong time management and prioritisation
Flexible and adaptable to change or extended hours
Physically fit and capable of hands-on, manual work
A team player with a proactive and positive mindset
What's On Offer: Dependent on experience
Overtime Pay:
Weekdays: 1x
Saturdays: 1.5x
Sundays: 2x
Bank Holidays: 3x
Hours: 08:00-16:30, Monday to Friday
