About the Role The successful candidate will teach Maths across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering engaging and inclusive lessons that develop students' fluency, reasoning and problem-solving skills. At Key Stage 3, students follow a mastery-based curriculum that develops strong foundations across number, algebra, geometry and statistics, with a focus on conceptual understanding, mathematical thinking and communication. At Key Stage 4, students build on these skills through GCSE Mathematics, developing confidence, fluency and problem-solving abilities to support success in examinations and beyond.
