My client is after a Software Support Analyst; you’ll be the first line of defence when users need support with their intelligent automation solutions. * Support users of our solutions - both clients and internal teams.
* Handle the configuration and setup of software products.
* Manage your workload proactively and contribute to our knowledge base.
* Escalate complex issues appropriately and collaborate on resolutions.
* Build strong relationships through clear, empathetic communication.
* Spot opportunities for improvement or potential sales leads.
Desirable.
* Familiarity with scripting (SQL, Visual Basic, JavaScript)
Exposure to platforms such as:
* Document Management (Therefore).
* Intelligent Capture (IRISXtract, ABBYY, FlexiCapture).
* Output Management (Uniflow, Papercut, Spindle).
* Business Intelligence (QlikView, QlikSense).
* Robotic Process Automation (Electroneek, UI-Path).
