We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor/Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, and performance evaluations.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.
* Oversee food preparation and production processes to ensure quality and consistency in every dish served.
* Supervise kitchen staff, including chefs and cooks, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills.
* Develop and implement effective strategies for team management and staff development.
* Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations.
* Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
* Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menu items that reflect current trends in the restaurant industry.
Skills
* Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality sector.
* Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation, cooking, and food production.
* Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen operations.
* Previous experience in supervising staff within a restaurant or hotel environment is highly desirable.
* Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to enhancing guest satisfaction.
