Wondering what a typical week with P4A looks like?
Well, the truth is, there isn't one. Each of our service users is different, and their support goals are personalized to them. Adaptability is at the core of who we are as a service; respecting that each client is an individual is the key to success! There may be some recurring themes, such as support with daily household tasks like preparing meals, keeping their home tidy, shopping, supporting with medication, and accessing the community. But alongside our clients, our ambitions aim to be far beyond that, allowing them to grow.
We are currently recruiting for our team based primarily in eastern Northampton. The support will focus on a small number of individuals with a variety of interests and needs. For some clients, a major focus is engaging in sensory activities such as water play and play dough. For others, it may be more tailored to healthy lifestyle choices like meal preparation, exercise routines, or employment opportunities. All have a desire to develop social opportunities through leisure activities with peers, such as meals out, bowling, swimming, or pool.
The possibilities are almost endless, and we seek individuals with a drive to make a difference and seek new opportunities for our service users to maximize their support and reach their individual goals.
