We are looking for a well organised, passionate and committed individual to join our Temporary Accommodation Team. This is a key role within the Temporary Accommodation Team with responsibility for the financial responsibilities of delivering an effective and efficient service. You will arrange the prompt placement of clients into suitable temporary accommodation which can include our own stock and Bed & Breakfast establishments as well as manage the movement between placements. You will set up rent accounts, monitor payments, liaise with Housing Benefits and take appropriate action when rent accounts fall into arrears You will verify invoices from our temporary accommodation providers monthly and arrange prompt payment via our Finance department. You will also liaise with our Assets Team to co-ordinate the prompt return of temporary accommodations units as they become vacant. You must have at least two years’ experience of delivering customer focused services and have experience of keeping accurate records. If you have a “can do” attitude, with excellent attention to detail as well as the ability to able to manage a varied workload you could be what we are looking for. This post is based in Warwick and is not suitable for home or hybrid working.
