Responsibilities
* Preparation of construction packages, details and specifications.
* Working alongside external consultants and suppliers to complete a full tender package for the commercial, construction, sales and marketing team.
* Liaise with the NHBC Building Control department.
* Support the upkeep of the standard house type range, specifications and details, suggesting improvements, and providing technical assistance to the team.
* Attend site‑based meetings as required.
* Keep up to date with CDM and CPD responsibilities specific to the role.
* Maintain up to date with legislation and regulations and understand future regulations coming into effect.
* Assist in the development and training of junior members of the Architectural side of the Technical department.
Requirements
* Relevant Degree required.
* Relevant Experience, especially worked on Residential projects.
