Digital Marketing Manager
to join its expanding team in its Norwich-based office to work alongside the Digital Marketing Executive and Social Media Specialist.

About the Role
This role is suitable for someone who has experience working within a digital agency, with a strong understanding of managing digital marketing campaigns for clients, digital marketing strategies, allocating client campaigns to appropriate specialists, and creating successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Experience within an e-Commerce agency isn't essential but will be considered an advantage. Strong knowledge of Paid Media (Google and Meta), SEO, Email Marketing and Google Analytics is essential.
Responsibilities include:
* Developing and managing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid media (Google Ads and Meta), organic social media, SEO and email marketing (Klaviyo and Mailchimp)
* Consulting with clients and prospective clients to understand their needs and set realistic marketing objectives
* Producing campaign forecasts using Google Ads keyword planner and Meta audiences
* Creating proposals for prospective clients as needed by the sales team
* Developing campaign strategy per channel in collaboration with specialists within the team to meet clients' objectives and budgets
* Presenting strategies to clients
* Proactively managing clients' budgets and reporting on return on investment
* Managing workload amongst the team and allocating necessary client work to specialists
* Managing internal marketing campaigns alongside the team
* Producing client reports (Google Data Studio and other apps)
* Customer website auditing and reports for conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
* Project management of clients' and internal tasks using project management software
* Maintaining client relationships to ensure continued use of our services
* Ensuring set targets are achieved for clients and internal marketing campaigns
* Reporting to Directors
* Assisting with recruitment to support marketing related roles needed for the team
* Staying up to date with necessary training and knowledge to support client needs
About You
The successful candidate will have experience within an agency and a passion for eCommerce and digital marketing. This is a progressive role and would suit someone passionate and ambitious who is looking to grow with the company.
You should be highly organised, able to work under pressure to tight deadlines, and have experience in dealing with various levels of management in SME's and large corporations.
* Previous experience in a digital marketing role is essential
* Experience managing multiple clients and workflow is essential
* Strong knowledge and experience of managing paid media (Google Ads and Meta), SEO and email marketing are essential
* Experience with Google Analytics is essential
* Experience working in an eCommerce or agency environment is desirable
* Marketing qualifications desirable but not essential
* Ability to extract insights and recommendations from data such as Google Analytics, presenting findings and utilising strong communication and client management skills
* Excellent at project managing and delivering on objectives
* Excellent attention to detail
* Analytical and able to develop and utilise reporting
* Confident and effective communicator
* Ability to work to targets
* Ability to iterate on and improve strategies for better ROI metrics and brands' growth
Terms
* Hours: Mon-Thurs 8:30am – 5.00pm, Fri 8am-3pm.
* 25 days annual leave + bank holidays.
