Overview
Join our kitchen team as Head Chef for a career with a little more sizzle. You’ll be running a busy kitchen, crafting delicious dishes, and motivating a team to exceed guest expectations every time. You’ll shape the entire kitchen experience by managing stock and budgets, developing exciting menus, and leading by example to ensure smooth, profitable operations. You’ll hold a Food Hygiene Level 3 qualification and have experience in a fast-paced kitchen.
Responsibilities
* Take a hands-on role in the production of menu items during service, cooking to specification, adhering to menus and portion control, and recording wastage.
* Lead on front-line prep and production.
* Maintain food quality and presentation to company standards.
* Participate in and develop owners’ activities and events.
* Work safely with due diligence toward yourself, colleagues and guests.
* Train and develop the kitchen team to ensure a consistent standard.
Qualifications
* Food Hygiene Level 3 required.
* Experience in a fast-paced kitchen.
* Ability to manage stock, budgets, and menu development.
