Job Title: EHub Administrator
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated EHub Administrator to support our Primary Care Network team. You will play a key role in managing online consultations via Accurx and providing general administrative support to ensure patients receive timely and effective care.
Main Duties:
* Process and manage incoming online consults via Accurx.
* Allocate and redirect online consults to the correct clinicians or teams.
* Enter online consults into EMIS, coding outcomes and updating records.
* Contact patients via SMS, phone, or email with updates.
* Handle incoming calls on the eHub line and assist the main practice phone line when needed.
* Manage VPCN tasks, including clinic cancellations and admin requests.
* Support the PCN with general administrative duties, covering staff absence when required.
* Maintain effective communication within the eHub and wider practice team.
About You:
* Previous GP practice or healthcare admin experience (desirable).
* Strong IT skills, including EMIS and Accurx.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Able to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
* Professional, patient-focused, and a strong team player.

Pay: £12.50-£13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 37.5 per week
