Teaching Personnel is working closely with a lovely, nurturing nursery in the Falmouth area that is currently seeing high demand for additional support. We are looking for a passionate and reliable Level 3 Nursery Teaching Assistant to join their team on a part-time basis (3–4 days per week).

What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting children in a nursery / early years setting (ages 0–5)
* Encouraging learning through play, creativity, and exploration
* Assisting with daily routines, including mealtimes and activities
* Providing nurturing support to help children feel safe and confident
* Supporting children with additional needs where required
* Working closely with staff to deliver a positive and engaging learning environment

What We’re Looking For
* Level 3 Childcare / Early Years qualification (essential)
* Experience working in a nursery or EYFS setting
* A caring, patient, and enthusiastic nature
* Strong understanding of early child development
* Ability to build strong relationships with children and staff
* A proactive and positive approach to supporting young learners
