Junior Recruitment Consultant

We are hiring a Junior Recruitment Consultant with a background in sales. You will receive full training from Day 1, rapid progression to management within 9‑12 months, and the opportunity to earn up to £100 000 per year through uncapped commission.
Responsibilities
* Develop and win new business clients.
* Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle – from business acquisition to placing candidates.
* Achieve set sales targets and maintain high levels of client and candidate satisfaction.
* Build and nurture relationships with clients and prospects.
* Support and develop junior team members when promoted to management.
Qualifications and Skills
* Proven sales experience or a strong sales background.
* Motivated, target‑driven, and eager for rapid career progress.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and deliver results.

* Salary increases at each level: £32 000 (Consultant), £35 000 (Senior), £40 000+ (Leadership) and beyond.
* Commission up to 40%, realistic OTE of £50 000 in Year 1 and £100 000 in Year 2.
