Product Architect – Remote UK

The Role
As a Product Architect, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of a high-growth payment ecosystem. Working closely with Product Managers, Engineering, and Architecture teams, you’ll define and drive technical solutions that solve real-world merchant challenges. This is a high-impact role that combines problem-solving, system design, and cross-functional leadership.
What You’ll Do
* Translate product vision into clear, actionable solution requirements
* Define and document technical solutions that balance business value, architecture, security, and UX
* Collaborate with Engineering and Product to package requirements into deliverable projects
* Break down complex systems into scalable, testable MVPs and MVFs
* Support engineering execution and ensure technical, functional, and business alignment
* Drive launch planning and rollout coordination across technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Contribute to roadmap and strategic direction through hands-on solution design and communication
What You Bring
* 5+ years in Product Architecture, Software Engineering, or similar roles
* Solid background in application development and systems design
* Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
* Proven ability to resolve ambiguity, validate solutions, and drive clarity
* Strong communication skills and ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders
* A pragmatic and creative mindset with a bias for action and outcome
* Comfortable engaging at all levels — from technical teams to senior leadership
