Band 6 Physiotherapist Rotational post on Rehabilitation/Intermediate Care rotation
Permanent, (FT) 37 hours per week at Band 6 (£39,912- £48,635 per annum)
We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and enthusiastic Physiotherapist to work in Rehabilitation & Intermediate Care rotations in Grampian.
The post holder will supervise junior staff including support workers and students and be expected to work well in a multi-disciplinary and multi-agency environment. This is an exciting opportunity to develop skills across a variety of complex conditions in various clinical settings.
NHS Grampian physiotherapy teams cover the North East of Scotland, serving a region from the Cairngorms to the North Sea, including coastal Moray. The hospital site houses all clinical specialties except organ transplant and paediatric ICU. NHS Grampian provides healthcare for a population of 540,000, with around 40% living within Aberdeen and the remaining 60% in Aberdeenshire and Moray.
Aberdeen offers a vibrant city life, and Aberdeenshire boasts picturesque towns and outdoor pursuits like skiing. Excellent transport links include trains to Glasgow and Edinburgh, and Aberdeen airport with flights across Europe. Assistance with relocation may be available.
Car availability and a valid UK driving license are required for this position.
Regular support, supervision, and CPD opportunities will be provided.
