You will be responsible for the presentation, organisation, and efficient running of the cellar and bar areas, ensuring they are consistently well stocked, clean, and ready for service. The role also supports the preparation of other Front of House areas as required, helping to create a welcoming and professional environment across the venue.
You will play an important part in the set-up and smooth delivery of events, working closely with colleagues to ensure everything runs seamlessly and to maintain the high standards our audiences and clients expect. Alongside this, you will take ownership of stock management, including ordering, accurate record keeping, and the safe receiving and handling of large and heavy deliveries.
The role will be offered based on a permanent contract, at 37.5 hours per week (including weekends and evenings).
