Shifts for Machine Setter:
07:15 to 17:30
Monday to Thursday
One in four Fridays from 08:00 - 12:00 (paid extra)
Pay:
£14.42 per hour
Paid weekly
Temp to perm after 12 weeks
£30,000pa once permanent
Main Duties of Machine Setter:
Guarantee and optimise the good working order of production machinery
Ensure all machinery is ready for production in a timely manner
Ensure product quality standards are adhered to and issues are dealt with in a prompt manner
Ensuring documentation is updated to reflect any production changes
Ensure good two-way communication with other staff members to ensure production runs effectively
Take a proactive approach to report any safety issues
Bring forward ideas of new or improved production processes, which can lower costs
