About Our Client:
A leading provider of comprehensive electrical, mechanical, security, and foodservice equipment services in the UK's construction industry.
Responsibilities:
As the Senior Administrator, you will:
1. Collaborate with the HR Manager and L&D Advisor to assess and deliver training needs.
2. Ensure compliance with statutory training requirements and manage course bookings.
3. Oversee CSCS card applications and maintain training records on HRIS and LMS.
4. Act as the go-to person for all training-related inquiries within your business areas.
5. Coordinate the appraisal process and apprentice progression reviews.
6. Support the development of future training and development initiatives.
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
7. Proven experience in Learning and Development/Training functions, ideally in the construction industry.
8. Strong administrative skills in a busy environment.
9. Familiarity with HR Information Systems and Learning Management tools.
10. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
11. Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with all levels of staff.
12. Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
13. CIPD Learning & Development Foundation Certificate/Diploma level 3 or equivalent.
