Employment Type: Days / 44 hours per week
The working pattern for this role is over a 7‑day period, so full flexibility across this period is required.
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Care Assistant you will provide high quality individualized care and support for each resident, promoting and upholding our residents privacy, dignity and independence at all times. Your role is to create a happy, caring and safe atmosphere, putting residents’ needs first, providing a wide range of physical, social, emotional and psychological support tailored to the individual. We respect differences and recognise our staff and residents will have different needs.
Qualifications & Requirements
No previous experience is required for this role as we will provide full training. We do require you to demonstrate a flexible, hard‑working and caring attitude, a desire to work as part of a dedicated team and a right to work in the UK. This position is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
