We are expanding our team in and around Sutton Coldfield and the surrounding areas
We require experienced Healthcare Assistants / Support Workers to support our service users with their complex care needs.
Are you an experienced Healthcare assistant or Support Worker who is committed, motivated and enjoys delivering one to one support?
This could be just the position you are looking for!
We provide care to adults and children who have long-term, life-limiting conditions that mean they require a care team indefinitely.
You will be required to provide support with daily tasks such as personal, social care needs, moving and handling and attending to their clinical care needs.

1. At least 3 months experience in care
2. The time to commit to a minimum of two shifts per week
3. A passion to make a difference
4. A desire to progress your career
5. Valid Driving Licence (Desirable)

6. Our rates start from £11.50 per hour whilst shadowing
7. Excellent pay rates once fully trained, min £13.00 per hour up to £16.00 per hour*
8. Enhanced rates apply on Weeknights, Weekends & Bank Holidays
9. Weekly Pay

11. 24 / 7 Support from the local office

Shifts Available
16. Full Time and Part Time
17. Days and Nights
18. Minimum 2 shifts per week
19. There is a mixture of shifts available across our positions
20. Day Shifts between the hours of 8am - 8pm
21. Night Shifts between the hours of 10pm - 7am
