Reporting to the Digital Support Manager, the Digital Insights Analyst plays a pivotal role in providing comprehensive business data, analytics, and insights to support decision-making and drive company objectives. This role is responsible for the execution of dynamic reporting design, data analytics for process enhancement, and strategic financial modelling. Additionally, the successful individual will contribute to system improvements for enhanced customer experiences and collaborate with various stakeholders on key projects. With a focus on accuracy, the Digital Insights Analyst will conduct internal and external reporting and support product initiatives and business partnerships to optimise performance and operations.
