What you'll learn Understanding how our people behave, we can help them perform at their best and be their happiest. Our Occupational Psychologists apply theories, knowledge and practice to make positive change. Enhancing our people proposition. Supercharging the way we work and interact. Rotating through three HR teams, you’ll gain both specialist and generalist experience complimenting core competencies needed on your way to becoming a chartered Occupational Psychologist. These teams may include: Talent Management Culture and Leadership Future Ways of Working Organisation and Capabilities What you'll learn You'll receive enrolment support from a graduate a year ahead of you, along with guidance throughout your scheme from a designated coordinator and supervisor. You'll have access to technical and business-aligned training and further enhance your development through platforms like Viva Learning and Learning Management systems. The work you could be doing • Leading the development of a people product, from early design to implementation. • Using your specialist knowledge to challenge thinking and provide fresh insight. • Working with forward-thinking suppliers to scope exciting new people solutions. • Researching our market to uncover new partnerships, products and trends. • Supporting and inspiring colleagues to unlock their full potential. Some aspects of this, alongside behaviours and values, will be assessed through the application process. • We are unable to offer sponsorship for this programme and you must have full, unlimited right to work in the UK. Locations You’ll be in Bristol or Leeds. You will be in that location for the duration of your scheme. With our hybrid working policy, all colleagues are expected to spend a minimum of two days each week in the office. Qualifications Stage 2 Qualification in Occupational Psychology with the British Psychological Society, leading to eligibility for Health and Care Profession’s Council (HCPC) registration and Chartered Membership with the British Psychological Society.
