Rotating through three HR teams, you’ll gain both specialist and generalist experience complimenting core competencies needed on your way to becoming a chartered Occupational Psychologist. Some aspects of this, alongside behaviours and values, will be assessed through the application process. • We are unable to offer sponsorship for this programme and you must have full, unlimited right to work in the UK. Locations You’ll be in Bristol or Leeds. You will be in that location for the duration of your scheme. With our hybrid working policy, all colleagues are expected to spend a minimum of two days each week in the office. Qualifications Stage 2 Qualification in Occupational Psychology with the British Psychological Society, leading to eligibility for Health and Care Profession’s Council (HCPC) registration and Chartered Membership with the British Psychological Society.
