Recruitment Consultant - CER Education - Liverpool - Temp Primary Desk
CER Education Recruitment (part of Affinity Workforce Solutions) are a leading Education Recruitment provider specialising in temporary staffing for Primary, Secondary and Special Educational Needs schools. We are looking to add a Recruitment Consultant to our high-performing Primary Team in Liverpool. Role responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for education-based roles in Primary Schools
* Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively
* Proactively engage in business development activities to establish new partnerships with schools and educational institutions
* Identify and attract high-quality candidates for education positions through various sourcing methods
* Develop and maintain strong business relationships through both face-to-face and remote interactions
What are we looking for
* Experience working in recruitment is essential as this is a warm desk
* Someone who really wants a genuine opportunity to build their career in education recruitment
* Target driven, goal-orientated individual with a strong sales drive and excellent communication skills
* Strong team player
* Desirable: Full Driving License

* Salary: Up to £35,000 (depending on experience)
* Hours: 7.15-5.15 (Term Time), 8.00-2.00 / 10.00-4.00 (School Holidays)
* Uncapped commission structure
* Your birthday off in addition to your annual leave entitlement
* Hybrid work available after probation - 1 day per week
