What you’ll be doing
* Leading, managing and motivating a team of self-employed Sales Executives, developing and coaching them to meet sales targets and company standards.
* Driving recruitment activity of self-employed Sales Representatives, Marketing Agents, and Area Marketing Leaders to set targets.
* Providing training, coaching, and development to your sales team.
* Encouraging the team to generate leads through approved methods and managing internal leads.
* Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and internal policies during customer presentations.
* Collaborating with the Regional Sales Manager to achieve sales targets, maximize conversions, and deliver regular sales reports.
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience as a Sales Representative or Sales Manager exceeding targets, ideally in Home Improvements or similar.
* Experience recruiting self-employed Sales Professionals.
* Highly motivated with leadership skills to inspire your team.
* Excellent negotiation skills and experience with remote sales appointments.
* Proactive, results-driven, flexible, and customer-focused.
* Committed to personal development and holding a full UK driving license with own car.
What We Offer
Potential OTE between £50,000 - £100,000 pa, with uncapped earnings, industry-leading training, hybrid working, minimum 31 days holiday, pension, high street discounts, and employee schemes.
