This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting young people and helping them succeed both academically and personally within the school environment. As a Youth Worker in a secondary school setting, you will be working closely with students who may require additional support to remain engaged in education. Some pupils may have additional learning needs, behavioural challenges, or simply benefit from having a positive role model within the school. Your role will focus on building strong relationships with students, offering encouragement, and helping them develop confidence, resilience, and positive behaviours.
