* Provide 1:1 support as a SEN Teaching Assistant

* Work with pupils with autism, ADHD and SEMH needs as a SEN Teaching Assistant
* Collaborate with class teachers and SENCO as a SEN Teaching Assistant
* Encourage positive behaviour and engagement as a SEN Teaching Assistant
Requirements for a SEN Teaching Assistant:
* Experience working as a SEN Teaching Assistant or with SEN pupils
* A patient, nurturing and flexible approach as a SEN Teaching Assistant
* Strong communication skills for a SEN Teaching Assistant
* Understanding of behaviour management strategies as a SEN Teaching Assistant
* Availability for an immediate start as a SEN Teaching Assistant
