In this pivotal role, youll collaborate closely with the Systems Accountant, ensuring seamless functionality across our suite of financial tools. Your mission? To enhance efficiency, tackle challenges head-on, and propel our finance department to new heights. The Finance Systems Analyst will report directly to Systems Accountant. In this role you will be responsible for the following; Finance System administrations setting up new users, updating leavers, updating managers Dealing with employees expenses queries Dealing with issues/errors with the finance systems Working under the supervision of the Systems Accountant to maintain the Chart of Accounts, analysis, and reporting structure within the Finance and associated systems. Maintaining delegation authorities on the finance and systems. Assist the Systems Accountant in integrations and refinements across the MaPS Finance Department. Supporting the Systems Accountant in undertaking feasibility assessments for new technology investments, crystallising the benefits proposition and pitching proposals. Assist the finance department in automating the manual tasks by utilising appropriate tools and technologies. Assist the Finance department in identifying inefficiencies and duplication Any other tasks as required within the Finance Department. Person specification You will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience; A good understanding of the financial management and accounting principles.
