About the role
Our Project Team is looking for a motivated Marketing Administrator to help elevate our internal and external communications. If you love content, organisation, and bringing ideas to life — this could be the perfect role for you!
What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities)
* Work with the Project Team, HR and services across Suffolk to deliver consistent, engaging, and accessible marketing activity across Leading Lives.
* Collaborate to support the delivery of engaging communications, both internal and external.
* Assist with the creation and sharing of internal communications and promotional content.
* Help manage templates, content libraries and marketing records.
* Assist with scheduling campaigns, drafting posts and monitoring social media.
* Gather stories, photos and updates from services, colleagues and partners.
* Ensure all communications reflect our values and inclusive brand standards.
What You’ll Need (Qualifications)
* Previous experience in a marketing role.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Confidence using digital systems and social media platforms.
* A creative eye for brand-aligned, accessible content.
* Ability to build positive relationships across teams.
* A flexible and proactive approach with a willingness to learn.
