Senior Acquisition Manager
Location: Central London — Hybrid
Reports to: Head of Marketing
Salary: £70,000
A long‑established digital marketplace is hiring a Senior Acquisition Manager to lead and reshape its Acquisition function across multiple European markets. This is a senior, hands‑on role for someone who can set strategy, execute directly, and drive measurable growth across paid, organic, offline, and emerging search channels. The role requires comfort working within the adult services sector.
What You’ll Do
* Own the multi‑channel acquisition strategy across paid search/social, SEO, AEO, programmatic, affiliates, creator‑led and offline channels.
* Take hands‑on control of paid media execution across Google PMax, Microsoft Ads, Meta, Criteo, and more.
* Run structured experimentation to improve CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, and LTV/CAC.
* Oversee SEO & AEO performance, partnering closely with the SEO & AEO Manager.
* Build dashboards, analyse performance, and present insights to senior leadership.
* Collaborate with Brand, Product, Tech, BI and Data to optimise journeys and attribution.
* Manage and develop one direct report, fostering a high‑performance culture.
* Explore new channels, formats, and AI‑driven tools to unlock growth.
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience in acquisition, growth or performance marketing for a fast‑growth tech or online business.
* Hands‑on expertise with Google PMax, Microsoft Ads, Meta, Criteo, and other major paid channels.
* Strong understanding of SEO, AEO, LLM‑driven search and experimentation frameworks.
* Analytical mindset with strong Excel/Sheets and data‑tool skills.
* A creative, test‑and‑learn approach to scaling acquisition.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
* Experience managing and developing talent.
* Comfort working within the adult services sector.
