What You’ll Need Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent). Experience working in a nursery or early years setting. A solid understanding of EYFS and child development. Confident communication and the ability to support/lead others. A genuine passion for play-based, child-led learning. What You’ll Do Lead your room, creating engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences that inspire curiosity. Support children’s development through purposeful interactions, tailored activities and high-quality observations. Use both indoor and outdoor environments to deliver varied, enriching play opportunities. Guide and support your room team, modelling strong practice and positive communication.
