I am recruiting a CNC Turning Team Leader to head up our client's turning operation, driving performance, training, and technical excellence across their growing precision engineering team. Our client has a facility that is equipped with the latest world-class precision machine tools, metrological equipment, and the latest CAM/CAD software suites.

About the Role:
As the Turning Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a team of CNC turning operators.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, manage and support the CNC turning team on a daily basis
* Work with senior management to develop in-house CNC turning capabilities and upskill team members
* Set up, program, and operate automated Doosan bar-fed turn-mills
What You'll Need:
* Proven experience as a CNC Turner with strong knowledge of Fanuc controls, ideally on Doosan machinery
* Confident communicator with the ability to lead, mentor, and develop others
* Familiarity with a range of materials including aluminium, stainless steel, brass, copper, EN24T, EN8, tool steels, and various plastics
