Our client is a busy and award-winning design, build and maintenance company working predominantly in the leisure and hospitality industries as well as commercial and public sectors. They are looking for a hands-on Contracts Manager who is comfortable running multiple projects of various sizes in a variety of settings with experience in the hospitality sector being advantageous. You must have excellent organisational and communication skills, be able to manage a varied workload and work well in a fast paced and reactive environment. This is a key and essential position in the business and requires an organised and proactive approach. You will need to be a self-starter who is excellent at managing your own time and workloads and can oversee multiple subcontractors and trades.
