What You’ll Be Doing
The setup is hybrid and grown up. You’ll be home-based, spending time in the field with customers, and in the London office twice a week with the wider team. You’ll have autonomy, backing, and the chance to put your stamp on a channel that is scaling quickly.
* Owning and growing national Foodservice accounts across wholesale and distribution, with full P&L responsibility
* Building and executing joint business plans that deliver sustainable volume, value, and margin growth
* Winning new business with regional and national Foodservice partners aligned to channel strategy
* Working closely with senior commercial stakeholders to shape and deliver the wider
What You’ll Need to Bring
* 3–5 years’ FMCG sales experience, ideally within UK Foodservice
* A strong track record of managing and growing complex customer accounts
* Commercial confidence with pricing, promotions, and margin management
* Energy, independence, and the judgment to operate well in a scaling business
